Another successful writing week! Our focus on these two days was on an expository writing piece. Students wrote an article where the purpose was to inform the public about the 4th/5th grade field trip to Olympia, WA. Students had to complete this task in a limited amount of time including all the requirements. Students did a fantastic job incorporating all the expository pieces, non-fiction text features, language structures and vocabulary in Spanish. Be sure to read the pieces that will be displayed on our bulletin board next week.
